AccuSights Protect · 24/7 protection for every employee, endpoint, server and website

You work hard. Let us protect your business round the clock.

Protect is an AI security agent on every laptop, inbox, server, cloud account and website you own, and a named human engineer who watches it, day and night, weekends and holidays. When something bad starts, the agent contains it in seconds and the engineer confirms it and calls you. Think of it as a per-employee service, like payroll. Except this is the one corner that, if you cut it, can empty the bank account and take the business with it.

See it for your kind of business

Every employee, every device, every server, the website, the cloud apps. Watched every hour of every day. Threats contained in seconds, a human on the phone in minutes.

For a healthcare business, Protect covers:

  • We protect your front desk, billing and provider inboxes, where the fake vendor invoice and the spoofed referral arrive.
  • Every laptop, workstation and the office manager’s home device that touches the schedule.
  • The imaging server in the closet, the on-site file share and the EHR connection.
  • The website and the patient portal, including appointment and payment forms.
  • The cloud apps: the EHR, practice management, billing, email and telehealth.
  • Day and night, with an AI agent that contains a threat in seconds and a named human engineer watching.

What we protect, in plain English

Six things you own. All of them watched.

Your people and their inboxes

The fake invoice, the payroll-change request, the "are you at your desk" text from the boss. Caught before anyone has to be the hero.

Every laptop, workstation and phone

In the office, at home, on the road. Malware stopped, a stolen laptop wiped, a strange login cut off.

The server and the file share

The drawings, the patient records, the tax returns, the client list. Ransomware contained at the first encrypted file, backups tested so restore is a bad afternoon, not the end.

The website, the online store and the cloud apps

Admin logins, plugins, the payment gateway, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, the practice management system. Watched for the login from a country you have never visited.

The network and the terminals

Wi-Fi, firewalls, card terminals, shop-floor controllers. Segmented so one bad device cannot reach the rest.

Your reputation

The breach notice you never have to send, the client who never finds out how close it was, the payroll that is still there when you land from vacation.

What happens at 3 a.m.

The attack you never hear about, in four lines.

03:04

A sign-in to the office manager’s mailbox from a country you have never visited. The agent holds it at MFA and cuts the session.

03:04

The account is locked, the rule the attacker planted to hide replies is deleted, the engineer on watch is paged.

03:09

The engineer confirms it, checks nothing was sent or changed, and texts you a two-line summary. You read it over coffee.

07:30

The evidence for your HIPAA, CMMC, SOC 2 or insurance file updates itself: what happened, what was done, when.

Illustrative. Times are typical containment, not a guarantee; every incident is different.

Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), simplified

The discipline the largest institutions run, sized for a business that cannot hire a department for it.

Governance, Risk and Compliance is how a bank or a hospital system decides what to protect, proves it is protected, and shows a regulator the evidence. We ran it for those institutions. We now run it for the 30-person supplier, the medical practice and the defense subcontractor, because that is where the supply chain is thinnest and where a breach does the most damage, sometimes to more than one company.

Governance

Who owns security, which policies are real, and what the owner signs. One page, not a binder.

Risk

What could stop the business, ranked by likelihood and cost, refreshed as the threats change, not once a year.

Compliance

The evidence a regulator, a prime contractor or a customer asks for, produced once and kept current every day.

A defense contractor with 40 people is a link in a national supply chain. A breach there is not a small-business story; it is a national-security one. The same is true, at a smaller scale, for the accounting firm that holds 900 client returns and the clinic that holds 12,000 patient records.

Questions owners ask

Straight answers.

Is this the same as antivirus?
No. Antivirus looks for known bad files on one machine. Protect watches behavior across every device, inbox, account and server you own, contains what it finds in seconds, and puts a human engineer on it. Antivirus is one of the things Protect includes.
Do we need new hardware or a new IT company?
No new hardware. The agent installs on what you have, usually in a day. If you have an IT provider, we work alongside them; they keep the printers working, we keep the attackers out, and we share what we see.
What does "contained in seconds" actually mean?
When the agent sees the pattern of an attack, a strange sign-in, a file being encrypted, a process that should not be running, it acts on its own: cuts the session, isolates the device, locks the account. Then the engineer confirms and calls. The times in our examples are typical, not a promise; every incident is different.
How is it priced?
Per user per month, like payroll: $25 for the AI agent and containment, $35 with engineers in business hours, $50 with engineers around the clock. Minimum 10 users. The number is on this page and on the pricing page because that is how we would want to buy it.
Does it help with HIPAA, CMMC, SOC 2 or cyber insurance?
Yes. The controls Protect runs are the ones those frameworks and insurers ask about, and the evidence is produced automatically. The regulator, the auditor or the carrier has the final say; we make sure you have the answers and the proof when they ask.
We are a 6-person shop. Is this for us?
Yes. The minimum is 10 users, and a 6-person shop with a few shared devices usually lands there. Never too big or too small; the attackers do not check headcount before they send the email.

Never too big or too small

Let's talk about your cyber anxieties. Thirty minutes, an engineer, and then you decide.
