AccuSights, Inc. and AccuSights LLC
1. Our commitment
AccuSights, Inc. and AccuSights LLC (together, "AccuSights") want everyone, including people who use assistive technology, to be able to use our website (accusights.com), the AccuSights platform and portal, the Empower Partner Portal, and the documents we publish. We are committed to making these digital properties accessible and to improving them continuously.
2. Standard we aim for
Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the W3C, and we are working toward WCAG 2.2 AA for new development. WCAG 2.1 AA is the standard most commonly referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and equivalent laws.
Current status: partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA. Some parts of our content do not yet fully conform; we are working through an accessibility review of the site and platform, and the known limitations are described in Section 4.
3. What we do
- Design and build new pages and features with semantic HTML, keyboard operability, visible focus indicators, sufficient color contrast (at least 4.5:1 for text), text alternatives for meaningful images, captions for video, and labels for every form field.
- Support browser zoom to 200% and text resizing without loss of content, and respect the operating system's reduced-motion setting.
- Test with automated tools (axe, Lighthouse) in our build pipeline, and manually with keyboard-only navigation and screen readers (NVDA with Chrome, VoiceOver with Safari) on key journeys: signup, login, assessment forms, the readiness dashboard, billing and cancellation, partner registration, and the contact and SMS-consent forms.
- Include accessibility in our design and engineering review checklist and train our product team on it.
- Publish documents (reports, policies, PDFs) with proper headings, tagged structure and readable fonts; where a PDF is not accessible, we provide an HTML or Word version on request.
- Review this statement at least annually and after major releases.
4. Known limitations
We are working through an accessibility review of the site and platform. Known limitations at the effective date: PDF documents produced before November 2026 may not be fully tagged for screen readers (an HTML or Word version of any such document is available on request); and some third-party embedded forms and booking widgets are provided by GoHighLevel and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA, so we provide alternative contact methods (email and phone) for every task they support. We remediate issues as the review identifies them and update this statement when we do.
5. Feedback and requests
If you find something you cannot use, need content in another format, or want to tell us about an accessibility problem, contact us. We take these reports seriously and will respond within 5 business days with either a fix, a workaround or a timeline.
- Email: [email protected] with the subject line "ATTN: Accessibility"
- Phone: +1 (773) 747-7490
- Mail: AccuSights, Inc., Attn: Accessibility, 2058 N. Western Ave, Chicago, IL 60647
Please tell us the page or feature, what happened, and the browser and assistive technology you were using. We will not ask you to disclose the nature of a disability.
6. Alternative ways to get our services
If a part of the site or platform is not accessible to you, our team can complete a signup, assessment intake, cancellation, partner registration or privacy request with you by phone or email, and can provide any report or document in an alternative format at no charge.
7. Enforcement and formal complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to [email protected] with the subject line "ATTN: Legal Notice". Nothing in this statement limits your rights under the ADA, Section 508, the Illinois Human Rights Act, or other applicable law.
8. Technical information
This statement was prepared on October 1, 2026 using the W3C accessibility statement guidance. Our websites are built with Next.js and rely on HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS and JavaScript; the platform back end is Django. Conformance is assessed by self-evaluation and automated testing as part of our ongoing accessibility review.
