How much does the Empower Partner Program pay?
Empower Referrers earn 15% of Gross Revenue Collected from each client they refer in that client's first year, 7.5% in year two, and 3.75% from year three for as long as the client pays. Empower MSP Partners earn 30%, 35% or 40% (Core, Select or Elite level) on every client they manage, every year, plus 10% on AccuSights-sourced accounts they are assigned to manage; clients an MSP Partner refers but does not manage pay the full rate in year one, half in year two and a quarter from year three. Empower Platform Partners earn 40%, 45% or 50% (Core, Select or Elite) on every Assess, Comply or Continuous Compliance engagement they deliver in the platform, for as long as they deliver it; Protect they refer pays 30% in year one, 15% in year two and 7.5% from year three, and other referred purchases pay 20%, 10% and 5%. All rates are on Gross Revenue Collected, every service including Protect.
What are Core, Select and Elite?
Levels for MSP Partners and Platform Partners. Core: enrolled, certification complete, named partner manager. Select: six or more months in good standing, five or more active tagged clients or $50,000 trailing-12-month partner-sourced revenue, and one co-marketing activity per quarter. Elite: twelve or more months in good standing, fifteen or more active tagged clients or $150,000 trailing-12-month partner-sourced revenue, an annual joint business plan, two co-marketing activities per quarter and one case study per year. Levels are reviewed every January and on request; a promotion takes effect the next month, a demotion only after 90 days' written notice and a cure period. A level change never removes a tag. Referrers have no levels and no accelerators.
What happens to my rate after year one?
For a client you refer and AccuSights manages, the rate steps down on the anniversary of that client's first payment: 15% in year one, 7.5% in year two, 3.75% from year three. The year-three rate is the permanent floor; it never drops further. For a client an MSP Partner manages or an engagement a Platform Partner delivers, the rate is flat every year. If a referred client later becomes one you manage, the managed rate applies from that month; if management ends, the client returns to the referred schedule at the year it would otherwise be in.
How long do commissions last?
For the lifetime of the client: as long as the tagged client pays AccuSights for any service. A tag ends only if the client asks in writing to disassociate, the partner is terminated for cause or fraud, the partner actively moves the client to a competitor, or the client pays nothing for 24 consecutive months.
How is a client tagged to me?
A client is tagged to you when they sign up or buy through your unique link within 180 days of their last click, when you register the referral in the portal before their first contact with AccuSights, when they name you at signup or by email or phone, or when AccuSights confirms an auditor or consultant introduction. First valid registration wins. Existing customers and prospects already in the AccuSights pipeline in the prior 90 days are excluded.
Can CPAs and attorneys participate?
Yes. CPA partners comply with AICPA Rule 1.520 and Illinois 68 IAC 1420.200 (written disclosure; no commission where they perform attest services for that client). Attorney partners obtain written disclosure and informed consent under Rules 1.7 and 1.8. AccuSights provides disclosure templates. Either may elect the Client Credit option, under which the Referrer schedule (15% in year one, 7.5% in year two, 3.75% from year three) is applied as a credit on the referred client's invoices instead.
Do I need to be an AccuSights customer or have technical skills?
No. Empower Referrers introduce the client; AccuSights scopes, sells, delivers and supports. MSP Partners complete a two-hour certification course. Platform Partners complete a one-day platform certification.
Who carries the liability for the work?
AccuSights is responsible for its own platform, assessments and delivery under its customer agreements. Partners are not the assessor of record unless they are Platform Partners delivering the engagement. AccuSights is not a C3PAO, is not affiliated with the Cyber AB or the Department of Defense, and does not certify or guarantee certification. AccuSights is not an auditor of record or regulator and does not certify or guarantee outcomes; it prepares clients for assessment and the assessor or regulator has the final say.
What happens if AccuSights changes its rates or is acquired?
Program Guide changes take effect on 30 days' notice, and rate reductions apply only to clients tagged after the change; existing tags keep their rate. On an AccuSights change of control, tags bind the successor, or AccuSights or the successor may, within 180 days, close out future commissions with a one-time payment of 3 times (Referrer) or 6 times (MSP Partner and Platform Partner) your most recent monthly commission statement, with a $250 minimum.
Will AccuSights go around me to my client?
No. The Partner Agreement contains mutual non-circumvention: while a client is tagged to you, AccuSights does not re-paper the client direct or through another partner, and you do not route the client to a competing platform. It runs for 12 months after termination for that client.
Are there minimums, quotas or exclusivity?
No minimums, quotas or exclusivity at any tier, and no annual commitment to start. Referrers have no requirements beyond compliance with the Partner Agreement. MSP Partners name a partner manager, complete a two-hour course and join a quarterly check-in. Platform Partners name a practice lead, complete a one-day certification, provide one case study a year and have their first two engagements QA-accepted.
Can I white-label the platform?
Yes, as an Empower MSP Partner or Platform Partner. Your brand on the client console and reports, AccuSights' platform, AI, templates and engineers behind it. Your end-customer terms must flow down the AccuSights Terms of Service and Data Processing Addendum.
What can partners say to clients?
Partners describe AccuSights services accurately using the share kit. They do not promise certification, an audit pass or specific outcomes, do not quote non-list pricing or offer unauthorized discounts, do not bid on the AccuSights name in paid search and do not send unsolicited bulk email. Public content carrying a partner link includes a plain-language disclosure that the partner may earn a commission.
