  • Our policies now correctly name the two AccuSights companies — AccuSights, Inc. and AccuSights LLC — and say which one is responsible for which service. Illinois law now applies to all of them. Our UAE affiliate, AccuSights Technology Consultants LLC (AccuSights UAE), is identified as a separate company responsible for accusights.ae.
  • The Privacy Policy has a full California (CCPA) section with a table of what we collect and why, a "Do Not Sell or Share" opt-out, and support for Global Privacy Control. It adds sections for other US states, the EU/UK, and the UAE.
  • We clarify that we act as a processor for the data you put into the platform, that we handle protected health information only under a signed Business Associate Agreement, and that your data is never used to train AI models.
  • A new Cookie Notice lists every tool we use and how to control it.
  • Text-message consent is now split into two separate boxes — account alerts and marketing — and marketing consent is never required to buy from us.
  • A new Subscription, Renewal, Cancellation and Refund Policy explains auto-renewal, the 45-day renewal reminder and 30-day cancellation deadline, in-app cancellation, the 5% renewal price cap and when refunds apply.
  • New Acceptable Use, Vulnerability Disclosure, Security & Trust and Accessibility documents are published. The Security & Trust Statement states our SOC 2 status plainly and explains that Protect keeps security telemetry for 90 days and is not a substitute for your own log retention.
  • One contact address for everything: [email protected], with the subject-line tags listed on the Legal Hub.
  • Every document now carries a version and effective date, and prior versions are archived.
