7. Super-Cap Election (Terms §16.3)

8. Order of Precedence; Entire Order

This Order Form is governed by the Terms identified above. In case of conflict: (1) this Order Form (Sections 6 and 7 only, and only where a Section of the Terms is expressly identified); (2) the applicable Service Schedule; (3) the Terms; (4) the DPA (which controls as to personal data); (5) the Policies. Pre-printed or portal terms in any Customer purchase order or vendor document are rejected (Terms §4.3). This Order Form may be amended only by a writing accepted by both parties; AccuSights may not change it unilaterally during its Subscription Term (Terms §4.4, §18.5). Additional Services are added by a new Order Form or an in-Platform "Add Service" order that generates an addendum referencing the same Terms version.

9. Acknowledgments

By signing, Customer's signatory confirms that he or she:

☐ understands that AccuSights is not a regulator, certifier, C3PAO, auditor or attestation provider, that Deliverables are point-in-time and informational, and that the Readiness Re-Performance Commitment (Terms §11) is the exclusive remedy for assessment outcomes;
