Questions about the quote
What happens after I send the four fields?
Within one business day an engineer emails you a short intake form: your environment, number of computers, target timeline, the data you hold and the tools you already use. It takes about five minutes. Send it back and the engineer scopes the work and sends a fixed-fee quote, in writing, within 24 hours.
Is the quote really fixed?
Yes. The number in the quote is the number on the engagement agreement, scoped from what you told us on the intake form. If the environment turns out to be materially different from the form, we say so before any work starts, and you can walk away.
Do I have to talk to anyone?
No. The intake form and the quote both come by email. Many people prefer a free 30-minute call with an engineer instead, but it is a choice, not a step.
