Frameworks
Which frameworks each one covers
- Vanta lists "35+ compliance frameworks, automated and continuously monitored" on its home page, and its sitemap carries about 57 framework and product pages, from SOC 2 and HIPAA to TISAX, CJIS and NYDFS.Source: vanta.com home page and sitemap, 6 October 2026.
- Drata's site lists SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, DORA, FedRAMP, CMMC and custom frameworks.Source: drata.com footer, 6 October 2026.
- For both, Vendr notes that each additional framework adds cost, so a quote for SOC 2 alone grows when ISO 27001 or HIPAA is added.Source: Vendr: Drata pricing data, October 2026.

When a third option fits
If nobody on your team will run either platform
Both are self-serve platforms with partners for the work itself. If you have no security hire, the question is less Vanta or Drata than who will do the work. AccuSights is one option: a platform with a built-in endpoint agent, a named engineer and in-house remediation, at a fixed fee from $6,000 a year for SOC 2 readiness. We have far fewer integrations than either and a less familiar name.
