See it for your kind of business

Your computers and your email, watched every hour of every day.

That is where Protect starts on day one; sign-ins and cloud accounts are added during onboarding as your setup allows.

For a healthcare business, Protect covers:

  • We protect your front desk, billing and provider inboxes, where the fake vendor invoice and the spoofed referral arrive.
  • Every laptop, workstation and the office manager’s home device that touches the schedule.
  • The imaging server in the closet, the on-site file share and the EHR connection, added during onboarding as your setup allows.
  • The website and the patient portal, including appointment and payment forms, added during onboarding as your setup allows.
  • EHR sign-ins and the cloud apps (practice management, billing and telehealth), added during onboarding as your setup allows.
  • Day and night, with AI that contains a clear threat in seconds and a named AccuSights engineer who calls you on any critical finding.

What we protect, in plain English

Six things you own. All of them watched.

  • Your people and their inboxes

The fake invoice, the payroll-change request, the "are you at your desk" text from the boss.
  • Your laptops and workstations

Malware stopped, a stolen laptop wiped, a strange login cut off.
  • The server and the file share, added at onboarding

Once connected, ransomware is contained at the first encrypted file, and backups are tested.
  • Sign-ins and cloud apps, added at onboarding

Once connected, watched for the login from a country you have never visited.
  • The network and the terminals

Segmented during onboarding so one bad device cannot reach the rest.
  • Your reputation

The breach notice you never have to send. Illustrative outcomes; Protect detects and responds, and no service can prevent every incident.

What happens at 3 a.m.

The attack you never hear about, in four lines.

  1. 03:04A sign-in to the office manager’s mailbox from a country you have never visited. The agent holds it at MFA and cuts the session.
  2. 03:04The account is locked, the rule the attacker planted to hide replies is deleted, the on-call engineer is paged.
  3. 03:09The engineer confirms it, checks nothing was sent or changed, and texts you a two-line summary. You read it over coffee.
  4. 07:30The evidence for your HIPAA, CMMC, SOC 2 or insurance file updates itself: what happened, what was done, when.

Illustrative. Times are typical containment, not a guarantee; every incident is different.

Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), simplified

The discipline the largest institutions run, sized for a business that cannot hire a department for it.

How a bank or a hospital system decides what to protect, proves it is protected, and shows a regulator the evidence. We ran it for those institutions; we now run it for the 30-person supplier, where the supply chain is thinnest.

See the GRC platform and the compliance automation software that run it.

  • Governance

Who owns security, which policies are real, and what the owner signs. One page, not a binder.
  • Risk

What could stop the business, ranked by likelihood and cost, refreshed as the threats change.
  • Compliance

The evidence a regulator, a prime or a customer asks for, produced once and kept current.

A defense contractor with 40 people is a link in a national supply chain. A breach there is not a small-business story; it is a national-security one.

Protect: AI-powered, human-enabled

What Protect covers on day one, the three plans, and how the 30-day pilot runs from install to the day-25 review. Two pages, PDF, written for whoever runs the office.

Questions owners ask

Straight answers.

Is this the same as antivirus?
No. Antivirus looks for known bad files on one machine. Protect watches behavior on your computers and email (and the sign-ins and cloud accounts added at onboarding), contains what it finds in seconds, and puts a human engineer on it. Antivirus is one of the things Protect includes.
What does Protect cover on day one?
Protect starts with your computers and your email (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace). Sign-ins and cloud accounts are added during onboarding as your setup allows. The AI-powered monitoring runs day and night from the first day; your engineer tells you at onboarding what is covered and what comes next.
Do we need new hardware or a new IT company?
No new hardware. The agent installs on what you have, usually in a day. If you have an IT provider, we work alongside them; they keep the printers working, we keep the attackers out, and we share what we see.
What does "contained in seconds" actually mean?
When the agent sees the pattern of an attack, a strange sign-in, a file being encrypted, a process that should not be running, it acts on its own: cuts the session, isolates the device, locks the account. Then the engineer confirms and calls. The times in our examples are typical, not a promise; every incident is different.
How is it priced?
One flat monthly price, set by the size of your team: $500 a month for up to 20 users, $1,000 a month for 21 to 60 users, $1,500 a month for 61 to 110 users, and a quote over 110 users. Every plan includes the 24/7 AI SOC, a named security engineer and an engineer call on any critical finding. The first 30 days are free for teams of up to 60. The number is on this page and on the pricing page because that is how we would want to buy it.
Does it help with HIPAA, CMMC, SOC 2 or cyber insurance?
Yes. The controls Protect runs are the ones those frameworks and insurers ask about, and the evidence is produced automatically. The regulator, the auditor or the carrier has the final say; we make sure you have the answers and the proof when they ask.
We are a 6-person shop. Is this for us?
Yes. The first plan covers up to 20 users for $500 a month, so a 6-person shop is on it. Never too big or too small; the attackers do not check headcount before they send the email.
Is Aegis fully autonomous?
No, and we would not want it to be. Aegis is six agents and an Orchestrator that routes each case through enrichment, triage, compliance impact and reporting. It can only use containment moves you approved at onboarding, such as isolating one laptop or blocking one sign-in, and anything high risk waits for an AccuSights engineer to approve it. Every action is logged and can be reversed.
Is Protect available outside the United States?
No. Protect, Aegis and managed response are offered to businesses in the United States only. In the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Oman, AccuSights offers assessment and compliance services through accusights.ae.
